Never used for training
A contractual commitment: your email and documents never train a model.
One firm cannot see another
Tenant isolation, and role-based permissions inside your own firm.
We never hold your password
Outlook connects by a token you can revoke. IMAP passwords are stored encrypted and used only to reach your mailbox.
Private until you share it
A new mailbox is never shared with your firm automatically. Sharing something does not open it to a colleague's assistant.
You can leave
Disconnecting removes the mailbox and its email from the app and touches nothing at your provider.
